Helpful Resources

If you're here because you too have 'Young Breast Cancer' or secondary cancer here are a few places I found to be super helpful;

If you're under 45 and have been diagnosed with breast cancer, visit the Young Breast Cancer Network on Facebook and join their private group. There are groups for people during their primary diagnosis, when you've finished treatment, and for those of us unfortunate enough to need it, a secondaries group.

And seek out Trekstock. They're an awesome charity that supports young people with any kind of cancer. They too have a facebook group but their site has loads of great stuff to support you through your treatment!

If you're in Sheffield please go and see Cavendish Cancer Care.

And the Weston Park Centre

And I've found a couple of really informative sites about secondaries too;

ABCD - This site has a tonne of great resources and Jo runs weekends away to get cancer patients back into exercising. It has loads of useful information on it, like the below infographic.
Second Hope - A brilliant UK charity campaigning and raising money for secondary breast cancer.
MetUp - A fantastic charity raising awareness of metastatic cancer
Secondary 1st - A UK charity raising awareness of metastatic breast cancer.
